Judy Ann Jaeger
, a former corporate human resources executive and a recognized equity and diversity specialist, is founder of Human Capital - People Based Solutions.

Judy left her position of Vice-President, Human Resources with a major North American financial services firm in 1999 to form Human Capital - People Based Solutions and more recently to form a second company, Genderworks™.

She has led work in employee and labour relations, performance management systems, and policy and program development and brings more than 20 years of experience in human resource and marketing disciplines.

Judy is past Chair of the Canadian Bankers’ Association Standing Committee on Employment Equity, a founding member and past President of Financial Women International in Canada and past President of the Diversity and Employment Equity Professionals’ Association (DEEPA). She is currently Chair of the Board for the Women’s Centre of York Region.

Judy frequently writes and speaks about the compelling need to develop and align corporate policies and practices to create high performing environments that engage a diverse workforce.

Judy is also co-author of the bestselling book “The 80% Minority – Reaching the Real World of Women Consumers” released by Viking Canada.
