| Details | Catalyst provides an opportunity for you to share your career experiences and perceptions about emergent trends and future directions of the Bioscience sector/Pharmaceutical industry. Individuals are encouraged to forward this global survey to colleagues and friends (men and women) in the industry who might be interested in sharing their experience, insights, and ideas. This on-line survey is being run on a secure website. Catalyst will collect and analyze information for research purposes using data only at the group-level (e.g., gender, level, functional area, region). To support the development of new initiatives, programs, and polices, companies that decide to have their employees participate in this study will have the option to receive a summary report of aggregate data responses (trends and average scores) of their employees. Data reports to participating companies will be in compliance with the European Commission's Directive on Data Protection and Catalyst’s policies that protect the confidentiality of individual respondents. |
