1. Organizational Partnerships

  • Who: organizations (businesses, employers, owner/operators and groups e.g. universities/researchers, community agencies, professional associations, etc)
  • What: projects (identify issues, fill gaps, generate or identify new ideas, pilot innovative solutions, document and disseminate findings)
  • How: varies - advisory, development team, etc.
  • Relationship: Collaboration, Partnership

2. Organizational Service Contracts

  • Who: organizations, departments, teams, committees (Sr. management teams and executives; manager groups; wellness, occupational health and safety or work-life committees or teams)
  • What: team support, strategic consultation, research, policy design, etc.
  • How: facilitation, consultation and strategically linking work-life and well-being issues to organizational objectives and priorities
  • Relationship: Consulting or Service Agreements (project-based or issue focused/fixed time or retainer/long term relationship) and In-house Manager Training and Support (workshops plus weekly follow-up coaching and consultation)

3. Resource Groups and Networks

  • Who: large targeted groups (HR practitioners, generalists, supporters e.g. OH&S, wellness, OD, emergency planners/risk management, real estate managers etc., service providers, vendors, students, consultants, etc.)
  • What: network building, train trainers, education, personal and professional development
  • How: education and awareness building - practical, planning, information dissemination
  • Relationship: Conference Calls, Practicums, Breakfast Briefings

4. Specialized Resource Groups and Networks

  • Who: small targeted groups (HR executives, HR professionals and practitioners, related executives and practitioners,)
  • What: building community of interest, awareness building, education, training and development, program design and implementation, evaluation and monitoring
  • How: education, resource sharing, facilitation, strategy and program development, implementation, assessment or monitoring
  • Relationship: Roundtables (Executive and HR), Executive Briefings, Work-Life & Well-Being Career Clinics

5. Communities of Interest

  • Who: people interested or involved with work-life and well-being
  • What: personal/professional guidance, coaching
  • How: broad information-based
